Society of Property Researcher's Prize for Innovative Research
Journal of Property Research, Prize for the Best Paper, in any area covering the operation of property markets
BIIS, Prize for the Best Paper in any area concerning valuation
Authors are encouraged to submit presented papers for consideration for one of the awards. Submissions for all of the awards should specify the award which they seeking. Papers should not be under review in any other journal because all award winning papers will be published in a special issue of the Zeitschrift für Immobilienökonomie. Authors should submit three copies and in Microsoft Word or pdf format, specifiying the prize for which they wish to be considered, via e-mail by July 31st to the Programme Chair at the following address:
