European Real Estate Society
The European Real Estate Society (ERES) was established in 1994 to create a structured and permanent network between real estate academics and professionals across Europe. ERES is dedicated to promoting and advancing the field of real estate research throughout Europe. Incorporating many national property research societies, academic researchers and real estate practitioners, our annual conference and regular publications provide a forum for information flow and debate on research issues. ERES is a non-profit organisation affiliated with the International Real Estate Society, an organisation giving us an even wider contact base in real estate.
The society's annual conference provides an open forum for the exchange of ideas and the dissemination of research in real estate finance, economics, appraisal, investment and asset management. The ERES conference has rapidly established itself as the leading real estate research conference in Europe and is one of the largest such events worldwide. Previous conferences have taken place in Amsterdam, Stockholm, Belfast, Berlin, Maastricht, Athens, Bordeaux, Alicante, Glasgow, Helsinki, Milan and Dublin. The 2006 conference is to take place in Weimar, while the following conference will take place in London.
